Clutch Brake & Drive: Revolving Key Clutch lived wth the main Gear engages every time when Foot Pedal is pressed. Drive provided through V-Belt & all journals are fitted in Gun Metal Bearings. Brake is adjustable and incorporated on end of Crank Shaft.

Hold Down System: Hydraulic Hold Dow Pads are actuated by Hydraulic Power Pack Cam Operated Pump. hydraulic Hold Down Pads hold the Sheet Securely to avoid Sipping and homing resulting in dean square cut Hold Darn Units are Provided with oversize pads to avoid impressions on shed metal on request.

Blades: Jay Shree Shears are provided with high quality sirup segment (H.C,H.C.R.) Blade for longer tool We. Ease in assenting of knife reduces down time, the shear Blade are four edged,

Lubrication: All bearing parts and guide surfaces are lubricated through hand operated lubrication system.

Mechanical Back Guage: This is a standard equipment proved on al Jay Shree Shears. Scale on the back gauge gives instantaneous reading of distance Between Shear and Back Gauge, Mus avoiding errors and maintenance encountered in electronic equipment.

Side Frame: Are of Steel Plates designed for maximum rigidity to eliminate deflection and to with stand continuous high speed performace at full capacity.

RAM (Upper Beam): Is of sold steel plate and additional nibs on back side the ram adds to is strength, carrying the upper knife. lts maximum weight ensure lesser load on the bearing. The ram moves accurate machined guide-ways to amid deflection. for smooth runring and maintains the proper strength of the upper knife.

Table: Is of closed box type steel fabrication, which forms a rigid backbone for the shear and a solid backing fix the lower knife. Additional nibs, under the table adds to its strength.

Blade: Is four edged NC HCR provided for longer tool life.

Crank Shaft And Flywheel Shaft: Is of best Steel, accurately machined and runs in gun metal bearing and al other installed in gun metal bearings.

Hold Down: Is of steel fabricated spring loaded ensures uniform pressure through out the cutting length without any sipping irrespective to the sheet.

Rolling Key Clutch: Made of EN-24 steel for +ve engagements and continuous operation having three key way. Single revoling key system in incorporated in the machine ensuring easy and efficient working of the machine.

Drive: Is through B Belts on the fly wheel and other chain of job cut gears for smooth running and longer life.

Brake: Constant Spring Loaded adjustable brake is provided.

Lubrication: For sufficient Lubrication of cups and oil points are provided.
